
National 2 Day USPAP Course
This course is the Appraisal Foundation's 15 hour (2-day) National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course. It is a qualifying education class with a one-hour exam at the end.
Special note for licensed appraisers: Per the Appraisal Foundation's Appraiser Qualifications Board, this two-day 15-hour USPAP course does not fulfill the one-day 7-hour USPAP update course recertification requirement, but may be taken to fulfill non-USPAP continuing education hours.

Students will learn how USPAP affects their appraisal practice, the recognized rules for ethical and competent behavior, and understand the need for impartiality and objectivity. It fulfills the 15-hour qualifying education requirement of all students seeking to become a state licensed or certified appraiser.
The $295 seminar fee covers instruction, refreshments at breaks, and lunch. All student materials are included (each student will recieve a current copy of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and the 15-Hour National USPAP Course Student Manual).

Classroom style instruction, discussions, exercises, and presentations.
It is recommended that students should have a knowledge of basic appraisal principles and procedures before attending this class. Licensed and Certified appraisers should also familiarize themselves with the changes made to USPAP in 2006.
The National 15-Hour USPAP course meets the 2008 requirements for 15 hours of qualifying education credit
(but cannot be counted toward the 7 hours USPAP update continuing education requirement.)Meets NH DRA USPAP requirement for Assessors and Assessor Supervisors
Meets qualifying education requirements for appraisers in ME, NH, and NY.
Approval by a state board does not constitute their endorsement of this class.
Due to facility planning needs, preregistration for all seminars is required. Preregistrations must be received no later than 4:00 pm 7 business days before the start of the course so we may provide a firm head-count to the facility. Preregistrations received after this time may be accepted on a standby basis if cancellations or no-shows make space available.
