
This course is the Appraisal Foundation's 7 hour (1-day) National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course. It is a continuing education class.
This one-day 7-hour USPAP Update course does not fulfill the

This USPAP seminar will review recent changes to the USPAP and how they affect current appraisal practice. It fulfills the 7-hour continuing education requirement of state licensed or certified appraisers.
The $195 seminar fee covers instruction, refreshments at breaks, and lunch. All student materials are included (each student will recieve a current copy of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and the 7-Hour National USPAP Course Student Manual).

Two-day, 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course
The National 7-Hour USPAP course meets the 2008 requirements for 7 hours of continuing education credit (but cannot be counted toward the 15 hour USPAP qualifying education requirement.) in MA, ME, NH and NY.
NH Assessors please note: This class meets NH DRA USPAP requirement for Assessors and Assessor Supervisors (that have passed the 15-hour hour 2 day USPAP)
Approval by a state board does not constitute their endorsement of this class.
Due to facility planning needs, preregistration for all seminars is required. Preregistrations must be received no later than 4:00 pm 7 business days before the start of the course so we may provide a firm head-count to the facility. Preregistrations received after this time may be accepted on a standby basis if cancellations or no-shows make space available.
